What I Do
Every family is unique, so I offer a variety of doula services personalized for each birthing experience. Regardless of what you choose, we will dive into your beliefs and expectations around labor and birth. Prenatal Visits
Informative and Compassionate
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Birthing Guidance
Here for You
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.
Postpartum Support

From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
Services Provided
Initial Consultation at agreed upon location to get to know one another which is free of charge.
Two prenatal visits - Our first meeting will focus on discussing the desires for your birth. Our second visit will review any goals that you have set and address any fears/concerns that may be present. We can also practice comfort techniques.
Continued communication during pregnancy via text, phone, or email to answer questions. (Response time within 24 hours unless I am attending another birth. I will be sure to notify you via text if I am with a laboring mother.)
Professional referrals and resources provided as needed.
Assistance creating an Individualized Birth Plan.
24/7 On Call availability starting two weeks prior to your estimated due date.
Uninterrupted support in your home, birth center, or hospital throughout labor and delivery.
Ongoing assistance for one to two hours after birth.
Immediate breastfeeding support if desired.
Follow-up with one postpartum visit in your home.
